Race Day Schedule
7:00 am On Site Registration Opens.
8:00 am Registration, USAF Honor Guard, Drill Team Demo
8:30 am Race Dedication and Rules of Engagement
8:40 am Introduction of Official Race Starters
8:50 am Air Force Color Guard, National Anthem and Air Force Jets "Fly Over".
9:00 am Race Start Time. Marines first of 7 waves/categories of runners.
10:45 am Raffle and Awards Ceremony
11:30 am Closing Ceremonies / Picnic & Party
Vendor Information
Please drop all goody bag materials at the Mather Sports Center - 3755 Schriever Ave. Mather,CA 95655 (916) 362-1704, prior to Thursday - Sept.03.
(Approx. 3,000 advertising materials per vendor)
Plan to set-up on Friday - September 04, between the hours of 3 pm - 7 pm.
You can drive your vehicle to the vendor location to unload equipment.
Vendor booth spaces will be assigned.
You are responsible for your own table, tent and equipment at your booth.
Parking for vendors will be available near the stage area, inside Hagan Park.
Overnight security will be provided in the vendor booth area.
Only Military, Police and Fire vehicles will be allowed to set-up on event day - September 05 at 06:00.

Take the Mather Field Road exit, off Highway 50 (East)
Turn left on Mather Field Rd. (North)
Turn right on Folsom Blvd. (East)
Turn left on Chase Dr. (Past Cordova High School)
Enter Hagan Community Park - 2197 Chase Dr. Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
