Cydcor Earns Industry's Top Honors for Sales & Marketing Outsourcing
Brown-Wilson Group/Datamonitor is a nationally recognized organization that conducts surveys on SMO (Sales and Marketing Outsourcing) vendors, among others. Cydcor achieved a rank of number one in eleven different areas on the Brown-Wilson Group survey for 2009, being in the top nine performers. They were also given a 93 percent approval rating for customer satisfaction, which was the highest amount reported on the survey.
Companies were evaluated on 18 key performance indicators, and Cydcor came out first in nine of those areas. In two categories, sales team outsourcing and sales support service, Cydcor offices earned additional top honors. Other categories on the survey included data and security backup, deployment and outsourcing implementation, vendor overall preference, support and customer care, training, process improvement, trust and reliability.

Cydcor takes great honor in ranking so highly on the Brown-Wilson Group survey because the research results are nationally recognized as being the best representation of outsourcing vendors. The survey takes responses from over 26,000 respondents around the world. The Brown-Wilson Group survey is also called "The Black Book of Outsourcing," showing its importance among vendors who are being evaluated. Cydcor is expected to do well in future sales and marketing outsourcing surveys.
